Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing SRK Pigeon Safety Nets. We strive to provide high-quality safety net installation and customer service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.

1. Booking Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled installation time without any cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the installation appointment are not eligible for a refund.
  • Once installation work has started, cancellation is not permitted.

2. Advance Payments

  • Any advance payment made to confirm a booking is non-refundable after the technician is assigned or work is scheduled.
  • If installation cannot be carried out due to reasons from the customer’s side (unavailable contact, permission issues, wrong address, etc.), the advance amount will not be refunded.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • If the product delivered or installed is defective and cannot be replaced.
  • If the customer has made a double payment by mistake (after verification).
  • If the installation cannot be completed due to a technical or product availability issue from our side.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Personal dissatisfaction with color, appearance, or expectations after installation.
  • Damage caused by pets, children, construction work, misuse, or external factors.
  • Wrong measurements provided by the customer (unless handled by our team during inspection).

4. Replacement Policy

  • In case of installation defects or material issues, we offer repair or replacement under warranty (if applicable).
  • Replacement is only applicable when verified by our technician team.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment wherever possible.

6. Warranty Terms

  • Warranty applies only to installation and material quality; not to breakage, misuse, intentional damage, or natural wear and tear.
  • Any repair or re-installation request beyond warranty coverage may include additional charges.
