SRK Pigeon Safety Nets provides installation of safety nets including pigeon nets, balcony nets, pet safety nets, industrial nets, and other related services. By booking with us, you agree to follow all guidelines, instructions, and service policies provided by our team.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or official contact number.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving an official confirmation message or call from our team.
  • Please ensure all details such as address, installation area, measurements, and preferred schedule are accurate.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices depend on materials selected, installation area size, and type of safety net.
  • Additional charges may apply for customization, fixing materials, or difficult installation locations.
  • Advance payment may be required for confirmation. Remaining payment must be cleared after installation.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the installation schedule.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • No refund will be issued for last-minute cancellations or non-cooperation during installation.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must provide accurate access to the installation area.
  • Any structural modifications or permissions (like society approval) must be taken by the customer beforehand.
  • Damage caused to installed nets due to pets, children, sharp objects, or misuse will not be covered under warranty.

6. Installation & Material Warranty

  • Warranty applies only to net durability and installation quality as specified at the time of booking.
  • Warranty does not cover external damages caused by fire, chemicals, rodents, construction, or intentional cuts.
  • Any reinstallation or relocation may incur additional charges.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Situations

SRK Pigeon Safety Nets is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions, restricted building access, or technical challenges
  • Government restrictions or sudden installation environment changes
  • Unexpected events beyond our control

8. Safety Guidelines

  • Our installations are designed for prevention and safety, not for climbing or applying heavy force.
  • Do not attempt to modify, remove, or tighten the installation yourself.
  • Contact us for adjustments or maintenance services.

9. Limitation of Liability

SRK Pigeon Safety Nets is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal property during installation
  • Misuse or improper handling of installed nets
  • Accidents caused by ignoring usage guidelines
